May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, so that by the power of the Holy Spirit you may abound in hope.

Christian Based Selling

Our faith brings us great joy and peace that fills us with hope for this life and the eternal.  In terms of this world, our work in sales is highly competitive and we face peaks and valleys in a fiscal year as well as in our career.   We need to control our mental state in tough times so that we can weather the storm until the next blessing.  When we are in the storm we must remember to find hope in our faith to free ourselves of anxiety so we can focus on the work that needs to be done.  

We have all heard the phrase hope is not a strategy.  We have explored the importance of a strong work ethic  on this blog.  We also need to work smart--we must apply  a proven sales process to every opportunity and leverage our experience to focus our time and attention on the right things.  

The most powerful attribute we have in sales is a winning attitude.  When we have done the work to find and qualify a good opportunity, we need to know we will win.  When we expect to win we do all the right things to develop a strong proposal and prep with our team to close the deal.
