“Behold, I am sending you out as sheep in the midst of wolves, so be wise as serpents and innocent as doves.

Christian Based Selling:

Can we succeed in the cut throat world of business as a Christian?   Are we supposed to ignore our gut instincts about those who seek to take advantageous of us or do us wrong?  Are we to blindly walk to the slaughter?    

Jesus instructs us to trust our instincts to avoid unnecessary dangers. Just as the serpent recognizes a threat and uses cunning and strategy to defend itself, we are to do the same.   We must also, however, strive to deal with these threats in a manner that is consistent with our Christian values.   As we respond we need to examine our heart to ensure our strategy is designed without malice or wrath.
