"Let no corrupting talk come out of your mouths, but only such as is good for building up, as fits the occasion, that it may give grace to those who hear."

​Our words have the power to inspire or hurt others.  We must reflect on the words we choose in our daily business lives and examine our heart.   We need to ensure that the intent of our words is positive and constructive even when dealing with a difficult person or situation.    

Can you think of a business situation in which you said words that you now regret?   What did you do to make amends?  How can you avoid making the same mistake in the future?
