Early in my career I was reluctant to help my sales peers fearing their success could overshadow me. As I've grown in my faith, I've found I enjoy helping others without reservation or expectation for return. Do you think helping your sales peers is a good or bad idea? Do you help your peers? Do they help you? Are there exceptions?
