Greatness starts with talent but happens through work ethic.  We work in a highly competitive field and we need to outwork our competition.  As Christians we understand the the Lord expects us to work hard.  Work is good for the soul. 

As Christians this is our advantage.  We are working for the Lord to show the world that real faith (the size of a mustard seed) is the path to achieving your personal and professional goals.
